Michael is the guy who keeps sewing machines humming happily along. With experience servicing and repairing all makes and models, he’s seen a LOT—from simple tune-ups to machines that seem determined to test his patience.

And when Michael is up to his elbows in sewing machine magic, you’ve got the master Service Woman herself, Laura, ready to jump in and save the day.

Of course, no service team would be complete without Dave. Whether he’s lending a hand, solving a problem, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Dave is an important part of the team that helps keep our customers sewing.
